TERMS & CONDITIONS

All persons using our facilities do so at their own risk. If you have any concerns about heat, cold exposure, breath-work or any practices held at INYO, it is essential that you consult a medical professional before making a booking.

You should not use our facilities or attend our workshops, classes and events if you: suffer from high or low blood pressure or any heart or circulatory disorder or suffer from epilepsy or diabetes; are pregnant; or are prone to dizziness or fainting.

You should not use the facilities if you have sensitive skin or open sores or wounds.

Alcohol, smoking and nudity are not permitted on the premisses

Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the facilities at INYO

Dogs or pets of any kind are not permitted on the premises

Jewellery should be removed before entering the sauna to prevent burning

Personal belongings are unlock-able and unsupervised. INYO cannot be responsible for any loss, damage or theft of your personal belongings.

Sauna etiquette must be adhered to at all times. This includes; 

  • Shower and remove makeup, sun cream and sweat before entering the sauna or pools.

  • Washing feet with the water vases provided before entering the sauna or pools. 

  • Sitting on a towel at all times 

  • Staying in the sauna for no longer than 20 min at a time (we recommend 5-15 min sessions)

  • Staying in the cold for now longer than a maximum of 5 minutes (We recommend 2-3minutes)

  • Gently pouring water onto the sauna stove; (drizzle, don't dump water)

  • Only pouring the provided 'sauna water' on hot rocks and nothing else

  • Never adding or adjusting wood in the sauna stove at any time

If you are making this booking on behalf of another person or a group, it is your responsibility to make your group aware of ALL the terms and conditions and to ensure they have no health problems that could put them at risk from the facilities or practices held at INYO

INYO staff reserve the right to refuse admission for any reason that may be deemed a health and safety risk, or is behaving inappropriately or disruptively in any way. Refunds will not be offered to anyone refused admission or asked to leave the premisses

CANCELLATION POLICY Bookings are fully refundable if you cancel at-least 48 hours before the session. Bookings are non refundable if you cancel less than 48 hours before the booking. The booking is transferable to a friend or family member, just ask them to notify INYO staff when checking-in at reception
